Have you tried to drag the corners of the window and make it full screen or double click on the title bar to expand it? Did it work? The question is not very clear, had you resized the window sometime in past? If the window is not letting you resize it, please check if these documents are protected. Remove any security restrictions and then try to open the documents and maximize.

With Sony DVD Drive I have received a Disc and installed NERO 9 V9 But I could not see destination drive for burning the CD with the software. So, I tried to uninstall the Nero 9 which could not be succeeded. I tried to uninstall with Total Clean Tool provided by the Nero in their website which has also failed to uninstall the Nero 9. I have already installed Nero 7 in my Desktop before installing the Nero 9.Please help me to uninstall Nero 9 and install the same from the CD provided by the Sony.
