You have not mentioned if Word is installed in your system and if yes, which version. The error that you are experiencing may be due to some registry settings or the settings in the browser. Please try the following options:
(a) Click the Office Button, click Word Options and in the Trust Center settings, click the Trust Center Settings button. In the Macro Settings, select "Disable all macros with notification"
(b) Use the FIXIT option in the link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822005
Apart from this, Point the Cache registry entry to the Temporary Internet Files folder. To do this, follow these steps: (please edit registry at your own risk as incorrect entries can cause your computer not to start)
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
3. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
4. Double-click the Cache registry entry, type the following in the Value data box, and then click OK: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
5. Close Registry Editor.
