Every 5-10 mins my antivirus avast pops up with the message “c:/WINDOWS/System32.svchost.exe” has been blocked. I ran full scan with it and different programs like malwarebytes etc. None of them found any virus then why Avast is popping up the message all the time. This is really irritating.

The file 'svchost.exe' is a valid windows file that is responsible to run certain system services. Apparently Avast does not recognize it as a system file and as most of the services run by it run automatically by default, it pops up the error every now and then.
I would recommend you create an exception for this in the Avast firewall.
Hope that solves the problem. Let us know if it didn't.
