The phone has quite a few remarkable features. The 'Desktop Manager' software requireds microsoft .NET framework 2.0 SP 2 to be installed on your computer.

- Check the version of .NET framework installed on the system. For this go to start>run (in vista and windows 7, hold the 'windows logo' key down and press 'r') and type 'appwiz.cpl'.
- If .NET framework 2.0 SP 2 is not installed, you can visit http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=1639 to donload the version appropriate for the system and install it.
- The webpage also provides system requirements and instructions.
Note: To determine whether to install the x64 file or the x32 file, type 'msinfo32' in start>run and check the system type.
