I put a password in my word file and now i forget that. Is there any way to recover that password? It’s very important file for me. I have created this file in word 2007.

I understand your situation but if you have forgotten the password of a Word 2007 file, it will be very difficult to recover the password. There are some tools available on internet which you can try at your risk, for this you will have to do some searching around. But I would suggest you to try hard and remember the password, try all those common words that you use and see if this helps.
