my iyogi dock won’t open. instead of saying Iyogi when you hover over the icon on the bottom bar it says %s instead of iyogi & nothing opens.

I would advise you to uninstall the Support dock and then download the support dock from http://www.iyogi.net/sd/ and install it again.
