Normaally it is C:\Program Data\Norton\\N360_4.0.0.127\Logs where "random string" was a directory name consisting of random looking alphanumeric characters.

I can’t play songs from my external had drive it says “windows media player can’t read the file” I tried other media players like VLC and many more and all of them failed to play any of the song from my Seagate external HDD. This is really weird issue because I could play them before my computer got crashed.
