How to delete all comments in a Microsoft Word 2007 document?

Follow these steps to delete all Comments:
1. Click the Review tab.
2. In the Comments group, click the down arrow at the bottom of the Delete button. (This button will look grayed out unless your cursor is inside one of the Comment balloons. It cannot be selected unless the document contains Comments.)
3. Select Delete All Comments in Document. -or- If you only want to delete one comment, make sure your cursor is inside the Comment balloon, then click Delete.
