Is the printer otherwise printing other documents. We need to identify if this is a printer issue or a Word issue. Try these steps:

(A) Clear the printer queue of any pending documents.
(B) Make sure the printer is online and able to print.
(C) If the printer is in any error state link blinking lights, restart it and take care of the issue.
(D) Make sure this is the default printer.
(E) If it is just happening with Word, close Word, search for normal.dotm file and delete all instances of it, restart Word application and then try to print.
