Yes, you can use the Microsoft clip Organizer, click for search and give the location of the files you want to add as clipart and add it to the library.

The file wmploc.dll has a version number of 12.0.7600.16415 where 12.0.7600.16385 was expected. It also says windows media player is not installed properly and must be re-installed, do you want to install the player from the Microsoft Website? I have tried your recommendations using UNREGMP2.EXE etc and it doesnt work. This is on windows 7.
