You can download the latest flash player from the link http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/downloads.html and install it in your system. It will get updated.

I uninstalled AVG and noticed that some AVG10 services are still running. They won’t stop or get deleted. I suppose you should be able to delete a program’s services after uninstalling the program. The services are: avgchsvx.exe, AVGIDSAgent.exe and avgwdssvc.exe.Thanks in advance.

My computer was infected with Trojans , my friend managed to eliminate them but after that I can’t access any file like word , pdf.
