Make sure that your old normal.dot is in the directory where you found normal.dotm and open Word again. That should upgrade your macros. Normal.dotm is the successor of normal.dot for Word 2007.

If I have only one document opened, say in Excel, and I click on the Excel icon on my taskbar, the click will minimize Excel. But, if I have more than one Excel document opened, clicking on the Excel icon on my taskbar will allow me to go to one of the opened documents. what I I want is a quick way to minimize all open documents in a given app such as Excel (or Word or something else). I know I can click on the minimize symbol in the top right area and minimize them.
