The problem is usually caused due to incorrect settings. Follow these steps:
• Click ‘Options’ on the ‘Tools’ menu.
• Click ‘General’.
• Clear the ‘Ignore other applications’ checkbox.

If the problem persists, run the fixit tool from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/211494
