If the system is restarting without giving any error message, please try these steps:

(a) Uninstall multiple media players and any recent codec software installed.
(b) Run the security software scan in your system after updating it.
(c) Update the audio and video hardware drivers to latest.
(d) Make sure all the software’s and drivers are OS compatible.
(e) Run a Windows update.
(f) Use the latest version of media player.
(g) Download the latest codecs and then install it.
