Accessing BIOS is a system feature rather than an OS feature unless you install any application to do the same. You have not given the details of your system else I would have provided the exact steps. Normally in a system you have to press a key like F2 or DEL at the very beginning of the system start to take you to the BIOS screen. You can consult your system documentation to check the exact key to be pressed.
