How are you trying to download, are you using the browser or using a download manager? Is this just happening with mp3 files or any file? Please try to use another browser and check if it helps.

I can’t open word in my computer rest all office applications are working, when I open word 2007 I got error “Runtime Microsoft visual C++ error” and I can’t open it. I ran office diagnostic and follow Microsoft article 322201. I have also tried to open word with switch /a but couldn’t open it. How can I fix this issue with reinstalling office 2007. BTW I have windows XP pro.
