While playing a YouTube in Mozilla Firefox, the browser crashed. On again opening Firefox, the Adobe Flash plug-in was missing and there was the message that it had crashed. Now I cannot play videos on YouTube. Can you help me with this?

If you are unable to play YouTube videos, then please follow these steps:
a) Open Mozilla Firefox
b) Click on tools
c) Click on Add-on
d) Check if the add-in for Flash Player is present and enabled.
e) If it is present and disabled, please enable it and restart the Firefox. Check if you are able to play the YouTube videos
f) If the add-in for Flash Player is not available here, then visit this link and download the Flash Player
