Please try the following steps:

(a) Try to change the keyboard input method from Control Panel or reset it to default.
(b) You can hold down the CTRL key when launching the Power Point, it will launch in safe mode and then you can check. If no issue is reported here, there may be issues with the Office Addins.
(c) You can also try to repair the installation of Office through control panel.

I just downloaded Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. However, when I ran the program after installation, it told me that IM Anti Virus couldn't run because the object wasn't found and when I attempted to do a full scan using the program, it malfunctioned and told me, once again, that the object wasn't found. How can I fix this problem and get Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 to work properly on my computer?
