To get the latest version, you will have to download it from the internet. You have two options, either get it downloaded from another system which has broadband and then bring it to this system. Alternatively, in your system, use a download manager so that you can download the software in separate sessions comfortably. There days all browsers have inbuilt download managers.

With Sony DVD Drive I have received a Disc and installed NERO 9 V9 But I could not see destination drive for burning the CD with the software. So, I tried to uninstall the Nero 9 which could not be succeeded. I tried to uninstall with Total Clean Tool provided by the Nero in their website which has also failed to uninstall the Nero 9.
