I attempted to get support on a problem with my lap top and was on the phone with technicians for 2 hours and my problem is not near being resolved. The technicians were very friendly and very helpful though. They did their best, but I would rather take my computer to someone and be able for them to look at it in person. Before I knew that your service would be unable to help me, I agreed to pay for the annual service of $169.99. Since my problem was not resolved and I do not plan on using it again I would like to cancel my subscription.
