hi there, i purchased 3 years cover from iyogi earlier this year. i had existing mcafee security which iyogi updated to go through you. im now getting warning messages from mcafee that my subscription has expired and im no longer protected and my laptop is now at risk.
please note: my email address has sligthtly changed. it was andrea.connor2@sky.com but that address no longer works. my new email address is andreaconnor2@sky.com. when iyogi removed virusearlier in year and i purchased 3 yrs cover the case reference id used at that time was Case No 201103032116063 for Computer ID C100978610

I PURCHASED IYOGI TODAY. MY CONNECTION WAS LOST DURING SERVICE. I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER ON ANY LINE. IS ANYONE THERE???

hi! I am an Iyogi customer(6111175899) and now my laptop is having an issue. How much will it cost to get my coverage added to my laptop? Can you look at it to see if you can fix it?
