I did the above and still not working,Every time you go to use the printer the print spooler turns off.Windows 7 won\'t let me add a printer or delete printer drivers.?

Error local print spooler service not running.Every time i reset spooler it turns off OS Windows 7Windows wont let me add printer or delete driver.printer work fine yesterday. ?
