On double clicking a folder in Windows Explorer, an error message is displayed that the file does not have an action associated with it. The OS is Windows 7. Please help.?

Hello, this is Christian. I am not able to access disk management in Windows 7. On right clicking My Computer, the Manage option is not coming. Why is this happening, any idea??
