I have had a 1TB WD external hard-drive for a year and a half now. It's been perfectly fine, until now. Everytime I finish using it, I safely remove it. But now, when I plug it in, my computer won't recognise it. The laptop is a brand new Dell inspiron. When the power supply is turned on, the hard-drive light goes on, and I can hear it spin and make a beep noise for 4 times, then it stops. Any ideas on the problem??
