I've tried the toll free number and other numbers just now but it won't connect. Perhaps it needs country codes? I tried to contact you this morning using the support dock phone button but I have had no response today. Anyhow I think that this mornings problem is okay for now, if it persists I will contact you regarding that later. But I think also on the original set-up (yesterday) a digit may be missing as my primary contact. It says my phone number is 1747763000 which perhaps should be 61747763000. That may be why I did not receive a response from you today. I need to go home now but I will be back in my office tomorrow morning at 9am (Australia time). my laptop wont connect to my wireless router. Something wrong with the drive i have had whad to get wireless but two days ago i had to call virgin for support for my router they got me to change setting then it all worked now my laptop connects wirelessly when i turn on then after 1 minute it switches itself off the wireless saying something wrong with profile
