I have an Epson cx7450. While initializing, the scanner jams, causing the gears and belt to grind while repeatedly attempting to move. This happens when I am sending a print job to the printer, so I believe this all-in-one initializes both printing and scanning each time, even if only a print job is sent from the computer. How can I clear the jammed scanner??
