when i try to run my network troubleshooter I get message 'A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from opening', so I clicked error details and managed to get somewhere on windows that told me to run the 'SFC /scannow' function in an elevated CMD prompt. So I ran it and it gets to 12% then says: 'Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.'?
