hi,i’m a network administrator and i’m experiencing a strange problem have 2 printers installed on a computer, and those 2 printers are shared,now,the node i’m currently working is the one with the problem, the printers where working fine, but suddenly i get this message 0×00000771 ERROR_PRINTER_DELETEDi really would like to find the solution to this problem.on the pc where the printers are installed everything is working fine, they are shared and they are printing.on this one,when i double click on one em,i get a dialog box that says the operation could not be completed error 0×00000771the printer status in Devices and printers is: Unable to connect?
