logosquiz freezing on ipad how do i fix this

When applications freeze on your iPad, you can follow the steps given on http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3281 to force it to close or manually restarting/resetting the iPad if that does not work.
If it is a constant problem with ‘Logos Quiz’, you can check the settings for options to reset it to default. If even that does not work, you can uninstall the game and reinstall it (you will need to start over in both cases).
