i want to restore my laptop to (factory image) by using “Dell Datasafe local backup”, but it doesn’t appear in the “system recovery options”, what should i do?

‘Dell DataSafe Local Backup’ is installed on all Dell consumer computers by default and is supposed to show up in the ‘System Recovery Options’ besides ‘Startup Repair’, ‘System Restore’ etc.

If it is not available even after you select ‘Repair Your Computer’ at the ‘Advanced Boot Options’ and login to the Primary Administrator account, contact Dell at 1800-425-8045 (available between 9.00am and 6.00pm : Mon- Fri) and have them ship a recovery disc to you.
