Yes, you can do it easily. Open the IE, right click on its tab in taskbar and select Pin this to taskbar and you will get its icon in the taskbar. Similarly you can drag and drop the IE icon in the start menu to get its icon there as well. If you use a program regularly, you can create a shortcut to it by pinning the program icon to the Start menu. Pinned program icons appear on the left side of the Start menu. Right-click the program icon (IE) you want to pin to the Start menu, and then click Pin to Start Menu.

I just got a new HP Pavilion G Series laptop. Everything is working great except for one thing. There is this one website that I cannot login to.
