If you receive Windows Update error 8024200d, it can mean that an update did not finish downloading or installing. The System Update Readiness Tool for Windows can correct some conditions that cause this error. To use the tool, follow these steps: Go to the link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=123822. In the Information for advanced users section, find the Windows edition and system type of your computer, and then click the link to download the System Update Readiness Tool. Run Windows Update again.

I am having a problem with a laptops touch pad. At least I assume that it is the touch pad. For some reason you will be typing something in a search bar or address bar, or even in a text document and the cursor will suddenly jump to another place on the page. For instance I have a search bar for google next to my address bar on firefox and I will start typing and the first half of what I type shows up in the google search bar and then suddenly for no reason it will jump to the address bar and finish whatever i am typing in the address bar. I am 99% sure that I do not touch the touch pad while typing. I have even go into the touch pad settings and messed with every setting I could think of that would possibly conflict such as sensitivity and scrolling. Any help would be appreciated. I am a mid to high end user and I am baffled by this problem, i have never encountered it before. I haven't done a driver reinstall yet, however I did have to use the system disc to do a clean install of windows and that did not fix the problem so I dont see how a driver reinstall would.
