If you are on a site that is showing in Compatibility View, go to Tools and uncheck it. If you don't want any sites to show in CV, go to Tools, Compatibility View Settings, remove any sites listed, and uncheck all three boxes at the bottom

I have a three-year contract with iYogi. Part of the start-up I belive was the installation of Automated PC Tune-up. I keep getting messsages that my computer needs cleanup. I have run the analysis and there are what I would call a huge number of errors. However, when I attempted to clean them up I received the message that the trial period is over and I would need to purchase the program. My question is. Was this originally part of the $400 I paid or was just the trial period included and I would now need to purchase the program to get all these errors cleaned up. I have not been able to find my ID and PW. Can you help me find them for future reference? Thanks.
