I hope you were able to recover the document before it was due.

iCloud deleting documents from iWork is a known issue and completely resetting and re-syncing your iCloud account has been found helpful in recovering the data.

If that doesn’t work, go to https://www.icloud.com/iwork and sign in (if you are signed in already, sign out and sign back in). Look for your documents in the iWork pages.

I am having a problem with a laptops touch pad. At least I assume that it is the touch pad. For some reason you will be typing something in a search bar or address bar, or even in a text document and the cursor will suddenly jump to another place on the page. For instance I have a search bar for google next to my address bar on firefox and I will start typing and the first half of what I type shows up in the google search bar and then suddenly for no reason it will jump to the address bar and finish whatever i am typing in the address bar. I am 99% sure that I do not touch the touch pad while typing. I have even go into the touch pad settings and messed with every setting I could think of that would possibly conflict such as sensitivity and scrolling. Any help would be appreciated. I am a mid to high end user and I am baffled by this problem, i have never encountered it before. I haven't done a driver reinstall yet, however I did have to use the system disc to do a clean install of windows and that did not fix the problem so I dont see how a driver reinstall would.

I have a new laptop and would like to sync both my iPhone and iPad and all of the downloaded information (music, audio books, photos, etc.) from these two devices to my new laptop computer's iTunes. I tried and received a message that I would have to erase to sync these devices because only one iTunes library can be synced with them. Can you help please?

How To Install Linux On a IBM Laptop? I have a T42 IBM laptop without a hard drive or battery, but it still turns on and I can used the Access IBM button. I also have a fairly new back up hard drive that I guess might be helpful to use as the hard drive of my new IBM T42. My question is: "Is there any possible way to download and run any operating system (preferably linux) on my IBM T42 that doesn't have any hard drive?" If I can't do it would I be able to buy another hard drive? I hope some genius can figure out how to install linux on my pc. (Oh and I have other pc's. So I can download linux on the back up hard drive with another pc)

I have a iPad1 and have downloaded a couple of audiobooks from the local library. I am unable to find them on my iPad now that they have been transferred from my computer to my iPad1. I do not have a policy with Apple as the iPad is too old, This is not a real tech. issue, all I need to know is where to find the audiobooks since they did not go to my "Books" app.
