If you want to prevent your system from prompting you to install updates over and over again, you can make the required changes to the update settings.
1. Login to an ‘Administrator’ account.
2. Click ‘Start’, type “windows update” in the search field and click the option when it shows up in the list.
3. In the left pane, click ‘Change settings’.
4. Select the appropriate option based on how you want it to work (It’s not recommended to completely disable updates).
5. Click OK.
