I’m having intermittent problems with the audio (voice / music sounds like its running at incorrect rpm, i.e. place finger on a spinning disc to slow it down and then reease). Thus far - drivers have been up-dated, Anti-virus and malware software run. Toshiba M65 S809

hi there, i purchased 3 years cover from iyogi earlier this year. i had existing mcafee security which iyogi updated to go through you. im now getting warning messages from mcafee that my subscription has expired and im no longer protected and my laptop is now at risk. please note: my email address has sligthtly changed. it was andrea.connor2@sky.com but that address no longer works. my new email address is andreaconnor2@sky.com. when iyogi removed virusearlier in year and i purchased 3 yrs cover the case reference id used at that time was Case No 201103032116063 for Computer ID C100978610 many thanks, andrea connor

I'm going crazy trying to find a simple system for a friend, what with the proliferation of 'categories'(notebook, netbook, tablet, iPad, iPod) these days. What I'm looking for is very straightforward: 1) High speed, consistent wireless (N) streaming given a pre-existing fiber-to-wireless-router connection and high-speed cable modem. 2) A machine I can set up for him so when he turns it on it will go directly to the web. 3) Quality sound and graphics (web) with a display between 10" and 13" (for portability and price); not concerned about battery life. 4) Fast machine 5) Reasonable price <= $650. 6) 3G/4G ... not sure. He doesn't have a cell phone and I'm not sure if this is a feature that would be used/necessary when visiting family. I've looked at netbooks, tablets, small laptops and my head is spinning. I used to be a pro but got CNS Lyme disease in 2007 and now my head just can't handle more than 15 minutes of concentration, not to mention that I completely forget everything I've come across 15 minutes after leaving. I have HP pavillion DV4/1506TX laptop, it has a nvidia graphic card 1 gb memory. I used to play hell lots of game on my laptop. But recently whenever i play any game my laptop response becomes slow, everythings seems to be in slow motion.

I attempted to get support on a problem with my lap top and was on the phone with technicians for 2 hours and my problem is not near being resolved. The technicians were very friendly and very helpful though. They did their best, but I would rather take my computer to someone and be able for them to look at it in person. Before I knew that your service would be unable to help me, I agreed to pay for the annual service of $169.99. Since my problem was not resolved and I do not plan on using it again I would like to cancel my subscription. My account number is 6113008579 and my case number was 201111304615399 if you could let me know that you've cancelled the service I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for all of your help.
