You have not given much details about the emails that you use in home. Are we talking about the emails that you get in home through ISP which is POP based? In your office what kind of email system you have, do you use any mail client in Office? If yes, you can configure your mail client in the same way as in home to receive emails. It depends on the rights you have in your office network. If the home based email is web based, you can easily access web based email in office if your network allows you to do so.
