It is important to identify junk files in your system clearly before we delete as without a valid backup, we will not be able to recover any deleted files normally. There are a number of ways to remove and/or eliminate these junk files. If you just want to remove junk files from your Internet cache, every browser gives you the tools to do it. With Mozilla Firefox, for example, you can simply click Tools -- Options -- Privacy -- Cache. You can then clear the cache. The same is true in Internet Explorer, Opera, and other browsers.
If you have old file, duplicate files that you don’t use anymore, delete them one by one identifying it and let it go to the recycle bin and stay there for some time so that if after some time you remember something important, you can recover the same from recycle bin. If you think all is fine, after a weeks time, you can empty the recycle bin as well.
