The error message which you have mentioned in the question shows that there is some kind of Plugin with .3dml extention for a Browser called FlatLand Rover.

Bu t also we need to know at what point you are getting this error.

However let’s try these steps:

• Check if you have a browser called Flatland Rover installed on your computer and uninstall it.
• Browse through the location 'C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Temp\plugtmp-1
• And delete plugin-ivytown.3dml
Check for the resolution

I have a pretty strange problem. Some word documents, when open, won’t let me open the browser and if it is currently open, the connection freezes. After I close the documents, the browser would appear (if I try to open it multiple times, multiple windows open). Has anyone else faces this problem? Do you have any idea what needs to be done?
