In Windows 7 how to add a desktop shortcut for opening a website. I am using Internet Explorer 8 for accessing Internet.

Please follow these steps:
• Go to your favorite website.
• Reduce the size of your webpage window so you can see your Desktop behind it.
• Click the icon to the left of the page's URL and hold down the mouse button.
• Drag the icon to your Desktop. You just created a shortcut to that particular page.
