Please follow the steps as mentioned in the link http://www.askiyogi.com/uncategorized/8007.html given below and also update your computers video drivers.

a) Go to the following link.
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
b) Uncheck the option of installing the Google toolbar
c) Install the latest version of the Flash Player
d) Restart the browser and try to play the videos again
e) If this does not help, try to play the videos on another browser, like Chrome or Firefox
f) If they work fine/do not work fine, try to download the uninstaller for Flash Player from here
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
g) Close all the running programs
h) Run the uninstaller and let it completely remove the flash player
i) Restart the computer
j) Now download the flash player again from the link given in step a)
k) If that still does not help, run the uninstaller again
l) Now, download an older version of the Flash Player from this link

m) Try to view the videos again
