Method 1:
• Close all opened internet explorer windows.
• Click on start – Type run in search box and click on run at the top.
• Now on run box type “regsvr32 ole32.dll” without quotes and press enter.
• A black screen will popup, it means this file has been registered successfully.
• Now try to print from internet explorer. If problem persists try Method 2.
Method 2:
• Close all opened internet explorer windows.
• Click on start – type run in search box and click on run at the top.
• In run box type “inetcpl.cpl” without quotes and press enter.
• Go to advanced option and click on reset button.
• Click on reset again on message box and wait for this dialog box to reset internet explorer to default settings.
• Open internet explorer and try to print again
• If problem still persists then try Method 3:
Method 3:
• Close all opened internet explorer windows.
• Click on start – control panel – Program and features.
• Select internet explorer and click on remove.
• Restart the computer after removal process is done.
• This removal process will roll back the version of internet explorer to IE8.
I hope after doing all three methods you should not face the issue. Resetting IE includes deletion of all saved passwords and history. But you can save the passwords and history again. :)
