There may be some issues with the extensions installed in the browser. You can try to disable or uninstall the extension to see if there is some improvement. Uninstall an extension to remove it completely from the browser:

1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Click Tools.
3. Select Extensions.
4. Click Uninstall for the extension you'd like to completely remove.
If you are still unable to print, delete the cache in browser and if required update to the latest version.

Hi, Wheni try to open a web site by typing the address in the top bar it takes me to google and when i click on any of the links, it says web page cannot be displayed. i use ie and firefox and both have the same problem. i ran spyware scan but it didnt help.

I opened facebook and I got a page where it was mentioned that “today is our birthday and we are distributing prizes please fill the form below your name and bla bla bla..” I filled it and clicked on next I received message on screen that thank you for participating this contest.
