Ok, lets try this first. Go here http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ Right Click the flash video > Settings > Display tab > Un-tick Enable hardware acceleration. See if this helps. Else I would advice you to uninstall the older flash player and install the latest version from the link http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/downloads.html
