Are you getting this message always or temporarily, also check if it is browser specific. If you have another browser, try to post comments there. If it gets through, this may be related to your browser that you are using. SO try to delete all the cookies, history and temp files from the Browser.

I am using Windows 7 and have just uninstalled “Monzilla Firefox”.I have been left with a residue folder named “Monzilla Firefox”, several subfolders and several files in C:\Program files (*86).When I try to delete this folder (or any of the subfolders or files) I receive an error message stating “You’ll need to provide administrator permission to delete this folder”.
