The message The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed is shown when the Flash plugin stops working unexpectedly. This is done to prevent Firefox from crashing when a plugin stops working. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Flash Player download page at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the Flash installer.
2. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then click Exit.
3. Open the file you downloaded (i.e. install_flash_player.exe), then follow the installer's instructions.
