Please follow these steps:

• Close down all the windows on your computer desktop, then open up a fresh Internet Explorer 7 browser. This ensures that you clear out every site from your history in one action.
• Access your browser's Tools menu, which is located in the top menu bar of the browser. Click on "Tools" and then choose "Delete Browsing History" from the drop-down menu.
• Choose the appropriate button on the pop-up box. It gives various options, such as clearing out your temporary Internet files and passwords, but your safest bet is to clear out everything in the history. You can do so by clicking on the "Delete All" button at the bottom of the window. You then get a second pop-up window that asks you to confirm that you really want to delete all of your history. Click "OK."
