This issue may be due to auto option enabled in Firefox Tools>Options>network>Connection>Settings> Auto-detect proxy settings for this network. You can set it to manual. If you are using a script file , make sure its valid. You can also check for addons which change proxy every time, if it is installed, you can remove it.
