I'm in Europe and my Google language is Dutch. How can I change it to English?

Please try these steps to resolve the issue:

a) Open Google Chrome
b) Click on the settings icon
c) Click on Options
d) Click on Minor Tweaks tab
e) Click on Change Fonts and Language Settings
f) Select English
g) Save changes and restart the Google Chrome
