First go to Internet Explorer and click on Tools and then select Internet options. Go to the Programs tab and then make internet explorer the default web browser, now restart IE8 and then try to print. If this does not help, go to the advance tab in Options and reset the browser and then try to print. If nothing helps, uninstall the IE8 browser and install it again after downloading it from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=43
